There’s an app I’ve discovered that’s gaining traction with more and more business professionals, and the app is located at Otter.ai.

Otter can record audio from conversations and face-to-face meetings, including from both phone conversations and Zoom meetings, and you’ll not only then have an audio recording, but you can generate both a transcription of the conversation, as well as a summary of the entire conversation or meeting, too.

This can be very good for you, even if you’re working as an individual CRE agent, without a team of agents surrounding you. But if you’re working as a team of agents, this can be very helpful for everyone on the team to have the transcription, or a summary of the transcription, to refer to afterwards once a meeting has been completed.

In addition, if one or more of your team members were not present during a specific meeting, or if they were not involved in a phone conversation that is important to the team, everyone on the team can now be brought up to speed by having this important information both recorded, and transcribed for them.

In addition to this, you can utilize Otter to transcribe other recorded audios, and to transcribe recorded videos, too.
