The relationship between attorneys and commercial real estate brokers can be a challenging one. If you’ve been in CRE brokerage for many years, you’ve probably had run-ins with attorneys who have gotten in the way of you closing transactions, including sometimes even advising your principals on whether or not the price being paid for a property, is the price that should be paid.

So with this being said, I smiled when I read an article citing a Stanford University research study, telling us that when both AI and law professors were consulted to provide answers on contract law, that the AI answers outperformed the answers given by the law professors, 75% of the time!

(But there was no mention of how close we may be, to being able to replace a $1,000.00/hour attorney with a simple $20.00/month app.) 😊
