The three of us decided that it was time to sit down and create a recording that can be helpful to commercial real estate brokers during this unprecedented time within our industry, and during this interview we discuss subjects like how you should be approaching your clients and prospects right now, what we can expect in the months ahead, where there may be opportunities for commercial real estate brokers, how long we expect this situation to last, and whether or not you should be charging your clients for negotiating rent deferments and workouts within their leases.
