In this crazy, fast-paced world that we’re living in, it can always be helpful to understand the 3 most important activities for you to focus on, to take your commercial real estate brokerage business to the next level.
For most brokers, getting more prospecting done will almost always be one of these 3 activities, because most brokers believe that they’re simply not getting enough prospecting done.
But whether or not prospecting qualifies as being one of these 3 most important activities for you at the moment, what additional activities should you be focused on doing right now?
I’m mentioning the idea of focusing on 3 activities, because making a long list that includes many more activities can sometimes, in the end, feel overwhelming.
But focusing in on just the 3 most important activities at any given moment in time for your business, can seem much more manageable.
So right now, what are those 3 activities for you? What are the 3 most important activities, such that if you really focused on getting them done, this would really help you to catapult your brokerage business, and take it to the next level?
I’m going to leave this to you to identify those 3 activities, rather than give you my own list of possibilities, because between both working along with your own mind, and your own intuition, you will likely know what these activities are for you.
Then just continue on focusing on getting these 3 activities done.
In addition, it will be a good idea to reassess what these 3 activities are that you need to be focusing on, maybe once a week, or maybe once a month.
