As we all know as brokers, there are many principals who would love to eliminate us from transactions, to avoid paying us commissions.

They can oftentimes deny the value that brokers bring to the table, when we procure a buyer or a tenant for their property, and they can even grumble sometimes about paying us our commission when it’s due.

So with this being said, I’ve recognized that with today’s AI technology, that we’d see a move towards finding ways to minimize or eliminate broker involvement in transactions, to avoid paying brokerage commissions, and with this in mind, there’s a platform that’s now moving in this direction.

Enter the platform that’s located at SytesCRE.com, a platform that now allows owners to post their available properties, have these properties automatically matched with tenants who are seeking these kinds of properties, and in addition, providing the ability for the principals to easily open up a dialogue together, regarding doing a transaction.

Now is this going to immediately eliminate brokers from being involved in all transactions? No, but we can see that this is definitely a move in that direction.

The demand and the interest from the principals is definitely there, so it’s really more a matter of the ideal platforms being developed, in order to make this happen.

But with this Sytes platform that I’m mentioning here, they’re at least allowing tenant-rep brokers to participate in their platform, too.

So with this in mind, take a look at their website via the link that I’ve provided above, and in addition, here is the link to watch a video interview with the Founder and CEO of the company, detailing what this platform will now do.
