Well, we’ve finally arrived at the beginning of the 4th quarter in 2025. So with this being said, what is important for you to still accomplish between now and the end of the year? And in determining this, remember that the 4th quarter is a quarter unlike any other, in that it involves the Holiday Season, and as we progress deeper and deeper into the quarter, people aren’t going to be in the same frame of mind for doing business.

So with this being said, what do you want to accomplish between now and December 31st?

In addition, here are some questions that could be good ones for you to be asking yourself right now:

How much prospecting do you intend to get done?

Are there any specific people, principals, and deal opportunities that you need to make sure to follow-up on? And with this in mind, are there any opportunities that are risking falling through the cracks, if you don’t follow-up on them soon?

Do you have a goal for the amount of additional commission that you want to earn between now and the end of the year?

Are there any relationships that you want to build with people, and take to the next level, before the end of the year?

Are you planning on buying Holiday gifts for some of people you do business with, and if so, who are these people, and what will these gifts be?

Will you be taking the time to plan your goals for 2026, and to design the business plan that you believe will have you accomplish those goals?

Are you considering changing brokerage companies, and since the end of the year is the number one time when agents will do this, what companies would you consider working for, and what’s your game plan for identifying the right company, and then making the transition?

I’ve written these questions to get you thinking in this direction, but you can come up with your own questions, too, as the end of the year marks a natural time of completion, and asking these kinds of questions, and providing your answers to them, will help ensure that you end your year in exactly the manner that you want to.
