If you’ve ever wanted to get access to good, free, detailed statistical and demographical information on what’s been going on in commercial real estate markets here in the U.S., I’m going to give you two free resources for this, both published by the National Association of Realtors. The first resource shows a detailed market breakdown for many different local U.S. markets for multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties, for activity during the 4th quarter of 2021, as well as including additional demographical information for these areas.
When you click here and scroll down on the webpage to where it says, “Download metro area reports by state”, click on the state that you’re interested in, and when you do you’ll see a PDF report revealing statistics on commercial real estate activity in the major metro areas within that state.
In addition, when you click here, you’ll see a list of available “Commercial Market Insights” reports, showing how the commercial real estate market has been doing nationally within recent, individual months.
