He told me that there are 480 building owners that he now wants to target with this new approach, and in working through the metrics together, he expects to earn more than $750,000.00 in additional commissions per year by implementing this approach.
Here’s what he’ll be implementing:
- Having 3-4 live conversations a year with these 480 building owners.
- Mailing two marketing postcards per month to these owners, at a cost of $10,000.00 a year.
- Recording and sending them monthly 1-3 minute video market updates.
- Sending continued, ongoing marketing to them by email.
