There’s one coaching client I’m working with now who earns an income greater than what more than 90% of all brokers would be thrilled with to be earning themselves, and during our most recent coaching call together, we came up with the following game plan, that he tells me he’s now really excited about implementing…

He told me that there are 480 building owners that he now wants to target with this new approach, and in working through the metrics together, he expects to earn more than $750,000.00 in additional commissions per year by implementing this approach.

Here’s what he’ll be implementing:

  1. Having 3-4 live conversations a year with these 480 building owners.
  2. Mailing two marketing postcards per month to these owners, at a cost of $10,000.00 a year.
  3. Recording and sending them monthly 1-3 minute video market updates.
  4. Sending continued, ongoing marketing to them by email.

Do you see the impact that something like this would have on a building owner? The sending of the two postcards per month, along with the sending of one video market update every month, will have this broker standing out in the minds of these building owners much more than the brokers who are only relying on prospecting. In addition, spending the $10,000.00 a year on postcard mailing, is just a small investment when compared to the more than $750,000.00 in additional commissions this broker anticipates earning for himself, through spending this money on the postcards. In addition to this, the recording and sending out of the monthly video market updates, where he’ll be getting continued face-to-face time with his prospects, while appearing as their top CRE market expert and authority, won’t cost him a dime…because it’s all just about his commitment to get these short videos recorded, with the link to see them then emailed out to everyone.
