If you want to get even more exposure for your CRE listings, there are three online services I know of that will blast the information for your listings out to tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of commercial real estate professionals by email. This can be helpful, for example, during your listing presentations, to mention that you will be providing this additional service to your owners, and in addition, this can be helpful to mention when trying to renew and extend your listings with your owners, too.
I’m not saying that utilizing one or more of these services will definitely move a given listing, but these services are one additional way to get the word out to everyone about your listings.
So with this being said, in addition to you being able to send out an email blast to all of the people within these companies’ national email databases, two out of the three of these services will allow you to send email blasts out to just their CRE recipients within your own individual state, which can definitely save you money.
