Over the Holidays I read the book, “How to Get a Meeting with Anyone”, by Stu Heinecke, and I think it’s a great book for commercial real estate agents to read.

The book gives us some very creative and attention-getting ideas, to help get more meetings, telephone calls, and Zoom meetings with the exact kind of commercial real estate decision makers that you’ll want to be working with. In addition, the book includes what you can now do with today’s AI technologies, to book even more of these kinds of meetings, too.

So if there are commercial real estate decision makers who you would like to talk with or meet with, and they haven’t been responding back to you, I highly recommend that you read this book! In addition to this, you can utilize many of these same ideas when people have been “ghosting” you, meaning that they had previously expressed their desire to move forward with a commercial real estate transaction, but now they’re no longer responding to your attempts to contact them.
